Bathrooms, quick guide on essential planning

If you are going to renovate your bathroom, please consider your layout. I know that if might be a bit more costly having to move plumbing around, but a good layout is key on that space!

When you enter the bathroom, realize that you "never" want to see the toilet. Place a sculptural piece where as soon as you open the door you'll see. Depending on your space, I always recommend having the bathtub as the main attraction on that room. If not possible, the sink will do.

Ideally place the bathtub under a window in the center of the focal point. The sink should be close to the door so that it performs with the rooms functions.
If you have a tight space, or a small powder room and would like to give it a makeover, try framing the wall with plaster or paint as you can see on the picture right below!
